“It was an enjoyable stay.”

The hotel was pleasant, and we stayed from Sunday to Wednesday. It was quiet and tucked away; kids enjoyed the small waterpark, and the attached restaurant was handy, though food delivery to the room wasn’t offered. The food itself was good. Directions were vague, and check‑in could get hectic with a family after a long day. The room lacked useful information—no TV guide, restaurant list, local attractions, or WiFi instructions. WiFi didn’t work in our room for all three days, though it worked in the lobby. The last annoyance was that only two towels were provided for a family of four, so I had to visit the counter daily for more.

“Fair - great for the kids but not much for adults”

My daughter had a blast at the water park; it isn’t huge but works well for kids 1 to 8. There’s a small pool for 1 to 3 or 4 little ones, a larger pool with a main water slide for older kids, and a hot tub for adults. Breakfast was a problem: the restaurant was crowded, the staff couldn’t keep most options open during the scheduled hours, so at 9 am there were no eggs, potatoes, pancakes, biscuits, yogurt, fruit, or cereal, and it took 15 minutes to restock—though not everything was refilled. Kids’ cereal ran out every day of our stay. Dinner was decent but the service was uneven because only junior staff were working. The room was fine but outdated. The water park got crowded on the weekend because of birthday parties and hotel guests.

It's quite, nice rooms. Our room was not ready until 4.30pm almost missed our ride to a concert

Breakfast was hearty, the staff was mediocre, the restaurant served tasty food, housekeeping was modest, and the location was suitable. One desk clerk didn’t know what the hotel could do and couldn’t help properly; she sat behind the counter with her feet on it.
