The courtyard is a motorcyclist’s dream, complete with a spot to enjoy a local brew while taking in the Mühlviertel scenery. The building itself oozes character thanks to its historic vibe. The only downside was that the rooms are on the smaller side, though they’re nicely appointed.

The staff were exceptionally courteous, and the room was spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen served some of the best meals I’ve had in a hotel. It easily ranks among the top places I’ve stayed at.
