The place is well‑located, the room is clean, the phone works, and the shower provides plenty of hot water. The safe is broken, the kitchenette sink is clogged with dirty water, and the service feels very impersonal. It’s pricey compared to other options and there’s no microwave.

The spot is fantastic, close to many public transport options and only 30 minutes from the airport, while the Colosseum sits right at the end of the street. The staff were lovely and very helpful, replying quickly to any questions or requests.

The location and cleanliness were good. The air‑conditioning stopped working for two nights, but the host offered to help. It wasn’t clear from the listing that it was a shared apartment; there are three rooms inside the unit and other guests left the main door open twice, which made me feel a bit unsafe, so I told the host to warn the other guests.
