The staff were helpful, Andrea is a very good host, the place was clean, the bed comfortable, very safe, and housekeeping came every day; the building has an elevator which is great for older guests, but I had trouble with the shower temperature, it sometimes got cold.

The room was spacious and well equipped with water, coffee, tea, and more. The shower could use some improvement, but everything else was perfect.

The place is close to the Vatican and the bus station, though a bit far from the metro. I liked the area because of the many good restaurants and great food. When we arrived, there was a bad smell that we thought came from the bathroom; we opened the window and stepped outside for a while, and when we returned it was fine. The staff always came to clean the room, which was nice.

Great location, and the apartment came with a safe, fridge, coffee machine, and other useful extras like paper cups, water, coffee, tea, etc. The staff were very friendly and the key system for all doors was simple. No problems. The bathroom was okay, but sometimes it had a slightly odd smell from the drains.

We stayed with family and the location was excellent, with restaurants, a supermarket, metro, and buses nearby. The room was clean, bright, and the air conditioner worked well. There was little space for luggage—only four hangers. A few things could be improved: the bed’s center leg should be moved slightly inward because it kept hitting our little finger every time we walked past. We got a room with a sliding door that had no handle and a tiny key, which made closing it inconvenient. The bathroom handle was broken and was only occasionally put back in place.
