“Bom custo benefício, mas precisa melhorar a limpeza”
The flat offers great value, free parking, good location, Netflix on the TV, and all basic kitchen utensils: microwave, induction oven, pot, glasses, cutlery, and a mini‑fridge. The trash can in the living room was not emptied, full of the previous guest’s leftovers, which made me think it wasn’t cleaned properly. The shower water in the bathroom is leaking after a shower, so the silicone seal needs repair to stop water from escaping outside the bathroom.
“Conforto e praticidade!”
Location, tranquility, comfort, facilities, organization…
The spot was perfectly located, very clean and pleasant, but housekeeping failed to replace the toilet paper for two days, which didn’t really tarnish the overall impression of the place.
Clean, organized, renovated bathroom. The kitchen even has an oven and stove.
“Ótimo,voltaremos,com certeza”
The place is great—perfect location, good value, and the facilities are solid. Nothing to complain about.
