Large and clean, limited parking, good welcome, several itinerants near the hotel.
“For the same price, there are motels in much better areas of the city.”
The place is in a terrible spot, so I didn't feel safe walking alone, and the price feels out of line with a hotel surrounded by homeless encampments, safe supply centres, and drug paraphernalia littering the ground.

Being close to downtown was handy, yet you have to climb stairs just to reach the elevator, which makes no sense.

The spot was convenient, within walking distance to the marina and decent restaurants, and we parked for free in a fenced area monitored by CCTV, but the recent renovation showed its flaws: a broken toilet paper holder hanging on the wall and a leaking shower that dripped.
