The view was good, but the area was not clean.
Excellent Breakfast and dinner. Very tasty. Staff very much energetic and supportive. Good service. Small swimming pool. But very neat. We booked 2 rooms. In both rooms A/c cooling was poor. Received reply as voltage issue. No hot water in bathroom. Received reply as LPG issue. Provided complementary bottle waters bottle quality is very pooor

Although the hotel didn't quite live up to the pictures, I decided to stay because the staff were so nice and welcoming. Their excellent service turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a pleasant one. I appreciated the friendly staff, which made a big difference in my stay.
It was a beautiful experience at Trip Mount with a stunning aesthetic vibe; the staff were very cooperative and maintained the resort well, the pool and garden were cleaned frequently, breakfast exceeded my expectations, and overall I had a great experience.
