This cozy lodge offered genuine service; Audrey, the main receptionist, was extremely helpful with booking lunch at Vic Falls Hotel, a 4WD rental, taxis, etc., and the rest of the staff were polite and eager to help, plus the location was convenient near a supermarket and a good restaurant.
