Clean, bright, and close to the station. Still, it gets a bit scary when it gets late at night.

About a 5‑6 minute walk from the station. During the hotel price surge, it was relatively reasonable. The room was clean, had a shower and toilet, and was a lockable private room, which gave me peace of mind. The shared kitchen let me cook. The interesting part is that you can stay with a dog under 14 kg. Amenities like toothbrushes and towels were available. Because it’s a homestay, I had to contact the host upon arrival, and they were very accommodating. The only thing that’s not a hotel issue is that I had to bring my own loungewear. The proximity to the tracks means the train’s passing sound is clear, especially early in the morning, so you might be woken up. Also, it’s right in the middle of an entertainment district, so around dawn a drunken passerby shouted like a chimp and woke me up. If you’re concerned, bring earplugs.
