The stay was great even though it was only two nights; the hotel isn’t far from convenience stores, public transport, and about a 15‑minute drive to the Disneyland Tokyo area. Breakfast was basic but acceptable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly when I checked in around midnight. Breakfast could have included some fruit or vegetable options, but it was fine, and although there wasn’t water in the rooms, a vending machine on one of the floors was convenient.

Walking from the north exit of Urayasu Station was very close and almost a straight walk, so the location was excellent. I booked on a whim to go to Disney and it was easy to get to Tokyo Station and Maihama Station (Disney) from there, which was helpful. The morning meal was simple but I liked it, and that was also convenient. All the staff had a pleasant atmosphere and explained things politely. The cost performance was very good. The only thing that bothered me was the mold in the bathroom, which had a slightly unpleasant smell; I was staying in a basic room, so I thought it might be unavoidable, but aside from that I personally found everything very good.
