Nothing to say on the positive side. The check‑in was a disaster – the place claims 4‑star status but didn’t even give basic instructions. We arrived at 20:00 and had to wait outside for 40 minutes just to get into the building. Definitely not worth the rating.

The room’s size, standards, and cleanliness were good. What bothered me was the setup – the pictures on the booking site made it look more inviting than it actually was. I would have preferred a traditional hotel with a foyer entrance and a more welcoming atmosphere.

The bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious, offering good value for money. What really stood out for me was the staff and their constant communication via WhatsApp – they responded promptly to everything we needed and even helped book a taxi to the airport when we left. Great service! The only downside was that it was a bit far from the city centre, though the train station was just a 10‑minute walk away, which was convenient.
