The stay was excellent. The room on the 6th floor was a bit stuffy.

The rooms were fairly large, it was nice that there was a balcony, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet, so you could sleep peacefully. I really missed having a kettle in the room. I was most disappointed with breakfast; it wasn’t just mediocre in taste, but the hot food was only summer‑season. Coffee was average. There were no hair dryers, but fortunately one could borrow one from reception. It was nice that there were cosmetics, but they were in sachets, which was only moderately convenient. TV channels included Slovak, Czech, and German, plus 2 Russian and one English.

The lodging was clean, a standard three‑star room, and the staff were friendly. I think the rooms were priced appropriately for their rating, so I have nothing to complain about… maybe just that everything is noticeable in the room.

The accommodation was truly exceptionally clean, with beautiful fragrant sheets, a totally spotless bathroom and the room overall. The staff were unbelievably pleasant, breakfast was perfect, and we’ll definitely return whenever we’re in Prešov.
