We really liked our room and the hotel; everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in Brooks to visit Drumhellar before arriving in Brooks, and then we went to Dinosaur Provincial Park the next day, about 35 minutes away; the location was perfect for getting to the park for an early‑morning hike. Nothing… all very good!

The modern hotel had a professional and nice front‑desk team, but breakfast was the only weak point of our stay; I would have expected something more original and homemade, and the juices/drinks were huge flops.

Everything was amazing, but we ran into a heating/cooling glitch that Alayna handled swiftly; we still wish there were clear instructions for the system, though she and Eva were fantastic at night and in the morning.
