The front desk staff and shuttle driver Mustafa were friendly. The room had a walk‑in shower. The kitchen was just a small counter with an old coffeemaker and a garbage disposal that didn’t work; the lights stayed on for a hard‑wired duration; the bed linens were poor quality; housekeeping removed a bar of soap from the bathroom and a dishcloth from the kitchen and didn’t replace an empty tissue box; the airport shuttle was hard to board and exit because the distance from floor to ground was 3‑4 ft. At checkout, the hotel added $4.99 per day for cell phone use and $4.99 per day for tablet use, even though the booking site specified wi‑fi in each room. I refused to pay the wi‑fi charges.
