The room matched the description exactly, with a private bathroom that other guests didn’t have. The staff were very friendly, everything was clean and functional, and the overall vibe was great.

The place was clean, tidy and cozy. The area was noisy, and we had to wait 25 minutes for the host even though an arrival time was given. On the second day the key broke and we couldn’t open the lock; we had to ask for the door code and spent almost 10 minutes trying to reach someone.

The staff member Nahid was friendly, and the hotel’s location was excellent—just a 5‑minute walk to Sistio Lucio metro station. Communication was good and the area was surrounded by supermarkets and shops. The geyser was slow, taking a while to get hot water for the shower.
