A supermarket lies 50 m away, a bank nearby, and Úvaly forest park 5 km for outdoor activities. Bus stop is 100 m; train station 2 km; Prague centre reachable in 35 minutes.

The staff were very kind. They didn’t inform us in advance that payment could only be made in cash! The booking stated that card payment was possible, but when we arrived they said they only accepted cash.

What I liked most was that the accommodation is completely independent, giving more privacy and comfort. The atmosphere is very quiet and tranquil, perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. I didn’t encounter any major issues, but as a suggestion for improvement, especially in summer, it would be very helpful to have a fan or air conditioning, since high temperatures can make the stay less comfortable.

The good thing was that the host called early to inform us that his receptionist was ill, so we could only check in at 19:00 when staff would be present. Of course that was before we saw the place and the room. There was no staff upon arrival. No card payment option, so we had to go out to find an ATM. Extra parking fees were charged at what seemed like a public parking lot. The building was very poorly maintained. The room was also poorly maintained, with extremely inadequate cleaning. There was a bad smell in both the bedroom and especially the bathroom. The fridge was very unappealing. One of the sheets was covered in stains of unknown origin.

The apartment was nothing like the photos; it was dirty everywhere and even had mold. The kitchen lacked cooktops, and the balcony was rotting.
