The location is great, but the atmosphere is old and charming, and the antique wooden furniture, though well preserved, smells damp and that scent seeps into clothes stored there.
“La casa de mis sueños.”
The house of my dreams—comfortable, large, beautifully furnished, quiet, and in a perfect location. Everything was spectacular.
“Tinha tudo para ser incrível, porém os pontos negativos fazem com que não seja um hotel 5 estrelas”
The hotel looks stunning, spotless and pleasant, with a fantastic rooftop pool and a breakfast that was really tasty. The staff truly stole the show – every employee was incredibly attentive, friendly and ready to help throughout my visit. Unfortunately the building had serious flaws: the shower never heated up over three nights despite reporting it and the team’s attempts to fix it, and my room under the pool suffered a major leak that left a puddle on the floor, causing me to slip and hurt my hand. Water was also dripping from the ceiling fan and near the doorway, which I found unsafe. The hotel made no effort to compensate for the trouble or the injury, other than not charging me for a snack and a beer I had ordered. For a property marketed as five‑star, I expected far better facilities and a more appropriate response.
“Correcte”
The situation is very good, comfortable, and quiet. However, the cleaning is questionable: there are stains on the doors, black crumbs from the carpets, and the worst part is a 7 cm panerola in the toilet paper holder that was still there when we returned after making the room.
“Parfait”
Everything. The décor of the rooms and the hotel. I had stayed there before, but I wanted to return for my last night. It felt like a dream.
