The bathroom was fine. It’s not suitable for children because the light switches and outlets are hazardous, the windows fall apart and are covered with plastic bags, the floor is sinking because the wood is in bad shape, and there are areas where the wood is broken.

The location is the only good thing. The check‑in was the worst I’ve ever had; everything had to be done online. If you don’t have data or Wi‑Fi, you’re in trouble. Communication with staff was only by phone or WhatsApp, nothing in person. I had to get shared data from a stranger to finish check‑in. The furniture needs replacing; antique pieces are nice but would be better if fully padded. There was no heating or air conditioning and no fridge, even though it was advertised as an apartment. I will never recommend this place.

The entire flat was available to us. It was an old flat but clean, with clothes, centrally located, and there’s nothing negative to mention.
