I waited with my family at the location and no one was there; it was a disaster and a disappointing trip to Jeli Height Hill homes (Indah nama dari khabar), and I lost the entire booking money because I couldn’t use or cancel it, so I had to book elsewhere and stay in Tanah merah instead of Jeli—really a bad experience with the hotel service provider, and this is my first and last trip to Jeli Height; can I get a refund?

The owner was clean and very attentive; everything was fine, just that entering the premises was a bit tricky, but the owner was helpful and gave clear instructions on how to get in.

A tiny house that stands alone with its own bathroom sits off the main road in a forest. The nighttime sounds of nature were incredible, and it offered great value in an area with few options. The house is basic, equipped only with a fridge and kettle. We never met the owner, but he was very responsive and checking in went smoothly. The downside is that about 95 % of the space is occupied by beds, leaving little room to move around; a longer stay might feel cramped. Nearby development is underway, so more amenities may arrive later. The bathroom’s paint job looks messy, which is odd for a new building, though it was still clean enough.
