Room cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff were down‑to‑earth, friendly, and professional, genuinely prioritising guests’ comfort and satisfaction so it felt like a home away from home. I just wish the shuttle service had started, as I was told it would.

My second stay at Messay Hotel was just as satisfying; the suite rooms are huge, very comfortable, and offer a nice view. The bed is excellent, the hotel stays very clean, and all staff are helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The location is ideal—close to the airport, in a lively area with a nice bar and restaurant, and only a 2‑minute walk from Bole Church, one of the most beautiful and active churches in Addis where you can easily attend amazing ceremonies. Nothing to complain about.

Thanks for the stellar service; everyone was calm, charming, and helpful, even when some guests got aggressive and the staff handled them professionally with a great attitude. The atmosphere felt peaceful and welcoming, the bed was great, and the bathroom was very clean—wow! I slept very well. The price is fair, but the service is truly five-star. I highly recommend experiencing Mesay’s service. Keep it up, Mesay team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
