I could walk from the Airport Link station through the underground mall without getting wet, and the stylish mall is also reachable from there, which is convenient. The bath mat for wiping feet was stuck on the base of the toilet, right against the bowl, and that felt off to me as a Japanese guest.

The location is excellent, right next to the Airport Rail Link Makkasan, and I got a good snack box before departure because I was leaving before breakfast. The room was very noisy—windows let in street traffic sound. The rooftop pool is about 3 × 2 m and very dirty. The tap creaked with every movement. The hotel feels old.

The staff are nice, breakfast is good, and the hotel is near the MRT and Airport Rail Link station. The fitness room needs a deep clean and better equipment.

The hotel was spotless, staff were friendly and efficient, and they arranged transport to the airport at 4 am, gave a punctual wake‑up call, and the front desk was open 24/7. During the Bangkok floods I was stranded in the city and the hotel helped me with transport and logistics on time. Two train lines are easily accessible.
