Everything was fine, we enjoyed the pool in the evening and the next morning; the only drawback was that you have to pay an extra 4 000 dinars per person to stay at the pool and use the spa, and the young waiter at the bar wouldn't bother me with a decaf coffee because it was 22:30 and the bar closes at 23:00.

The staff was super warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home instantly; the food was amazing with lots of flavor, and housekeeping was great.

I liked the food, the room, the pool; everything was good, pleasant, and they offered drinks upon arrival. The hotel is adults only, but I didn’t expect so many seniors—70‑year‑old grandmothers—and later a group of French people with disabilities arrived; I have no issue with that, but I thought there would be more young people, so the vibe felt odd. One grandmother fell, broke her head, and the staff were unprepared, just froze and stared while I put her on the sofa and stopped the bleeding with a towel.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, but the TV offers only low‑quality channel choices and there’s little to do at the hotel after dark. The food has noticeably dropped in quality compared to my first stay six years ago; the menu hardly changes day to day, making it feel like dishes are being recycled. Water isn’t automatically provided with dinner—drinks are charged separately and staff encourage you to order them. Tap water is available on request, but it would be nicer if it were simply placed on the table by default, as it is at breakfast. The pool bar is disappointing: no food, no ice cream, no snacks, just a limited selection of coffee and cocktails. Spa services are overpriced for what they offer, and overall the hotel needs renovation.
