“I'd stay here again”
I stayed for a couple of appointments, flew out two days later, and left my car there without any fee. Breakfast was excellent. The front‑desk ladies were amazing; when my flight was canceled I had to take a train, and they went above and beyond to keep my room ready when I returned. Thank you again for everything. I stayed in a King room. The only downside was that some touch‑up painting was happening, but it didn’t bother me.
“Would consider again”
The beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was not free, and the chair in the room was extremely uncomfortable.

The bar and restaurant room were nice as well. It wasn’t a hot tub like the website said.

The property was central to all the places we wanted to visit, and it was also very close to restaurants, located in the Southaven Towne Center Mall, and near the Tanger Outlet. What we didn’t like: (1) found stray hair in the shower, (2) free breakfast was not included (continental was $8 each and buffet was $15 each), and (3) there was no hot tub and the pool was extremely cold.
