The location is gorgeous, right in the heart of La Spezia, just a 10‑minute walk from the main station, which lets you visit the 5 Terres. The room was very comfortable and spotless. Francesco was very responsive and gave good advice. I highly recommend it. Nothing to add.

The building is old, but the apartment feels modern. It was renovated to a new standard, with excellent facilities, functional and modern, and comfortable. Breakfast isn’t provided, but there is a coffee machine with capsules, an electric kettle, and tea and coffee bags. Down on the street you can find places to eat. The location is great, just a few blocks from the central station, the port, and the coastal area.

Bon emplacement. Chambre très bien agencée et très propre. Par contre attention au parking, spécifiez le gabarit de votre auto car celle que nous avons eue était très petite. Heureusement que nous avions une Polo
