The room was nicely decorated with a bit of storage. Some employees and the owner were kind enough to refund me for two nights so I could leave earlier than planned. The shared toilets were clean but there were only two for many rooms.

The staff were friendly and the location is great. The bathrooms could use a bit more cleaning.

I liked how clean it is, the staff are very kind, and it’s close to Arequipa’s Plaza de Armas. There was nothing I didn’t like.

The staff are welcoming. The place doesn’t have a kitchen.
