The front desk let us in around 8:30 am even though we were supposed to arrive at noon, which was a huge relief. When I twisted my ankle, the staff rushed to my room, called my husband (who’s a physiotherapist) and even fetched ice for us. Really grateful for how quickly they reacted – we’ll definitely be back.

This hotel sits right by the bus terminal and the city mall, making it super convenient for getting around. Breakfast was tasty and the staff made us feel welcome from the start. Overall, a smooth, pleasant stay that I enjoyed.

The spot is great – right where you need to be – but the rates feel a bit steep for what you actually get. It’s a nice location if you don’t mind paying a premium.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were always ready to help, which made me feel safe and welcome. The only drawback was the room’s lighting: sunlight only came in if the balcony door stayed open, and the door’s sticker blocked the view. Adding curtains or a proper window would solve that.
