The geyser never turned on, so we had no hot water at all.

The place is very quiet and well‑situated, but the shower leaked underneath, the taps were tricky, there was a sewage smell because the water didn’t drain properly, and the pool was dirty.

The rooms were infested with cockroaches, many appliances and furniture had to be taken outside, and noise from other guests seeped through the walls—even quiet conversations could be heard.
