The staff were always ready to help and solve any issues. The room was very spacious, and the bedroom windows faced the courtyard, which made for a great sleep. However, the rooms were a bit dark in the evenings and lacked sufficient lighting.

I liked the location, the local vibe, and the breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. They have a courtyard and a pool that would be especially nice in the summer.

The hotel embraces a classic yet very comfortable style, with quality service, rooms, and breakfast. The room we received was massive—something I rarely encounter. The bed is very comfortable, which isn’t always the case in Uzbekistan, where hard mattresses seem common. Everything is beautiful and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, unlike other hotels that serve it at your table. On our last day, we left early, so they offered to wake us up and provide breakfast in a lunch box, which was very cute. The location is good, next to the decorative arts museum, but it takes at least a 30‑minute walk to other landmarks. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a good standard hotel and not necessarily Uzbek traditional décor, as it leans more western.

I was really impressed with the hotel's breakfast spread and its fantastic location. However, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit of a letdown - it kept dropping off and was frustrating to deal with. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the internet issues were a nuisance.
