Even though it’s cramped, everything you need is there. They’ve turned an old inn into a motel, which feels a bit pricey… but overall, it’s just fine.

The venue is far from the beaches (Haeundae about a 45‑minute bus ride) but buses and subway are nearby; waste sorting is very selective (six or seven different bins!). Restaurants, cafés, groceries and an ATM are all on the street. The room is spacious with a fridge, table, two chairs, TV; two bottles of water each day. The bathroom is large with a bathtub. Note: Korean‑sized towels are provided, so bring your own! The sound insulation is poor and the street is noisy at night (neighbouring karaoke!).

The spot is spot-on, within walking distance to bus, subway, and a bunch of restaurants and shops. The room was spotless, the sheets clean, and the staff were friendly. Wi‑Fi was fast enough for work, and they delivered fresh towels and water daily. Free laundry, free water, and a microwave downstairs were handy. The room was spacious, complete with a fridge, kettle, and TV. It was also very quiet; we never heard our neighbors or the street.

The guy running the place was nice. Everything else was a nightmare. Hair and cigarette burns, plus mysterious stains on the bed and bedding. I even found a bug in the bed. A light fell from the ceiling onto my partner’s head. The man swapped us into a different room and remade the bed, but it was still covered in hair. The sheets hadn’t seen a hot wash in years. The rest of the hotel and room were disgusting. It had never been cleaned. Rust covered the doors. Dirt and grime everywhere. Actual c*m stains on the curtains. It felt like a rent‑by‑the‑hour love motel. The best part was finally leaving.
