I ordered the airport shuttle for a 3:30 am departure, but the driver went home because he fell ill. The hotel immediately arranged a LYFT transfer and covered the cost.

I stayed in a clean, comfortable, modern room close enough to a restaurant on foot, and the shuttle driver who took us to the airport at 3:00 am was especially accommodating. However, the hotel was missing in‑room coffee and a microwave, which was a disappointing surprise for an airport hotel at this price point, and there is no restaurant inside the building; the nearest eatery is a ten‑minute walk away.

The lobby and rooms were great, the breakfast was decent, and the shower was amazing. On the downside, there was no staff to supervise the pool, so a group of teens were rough around the edges and nearly knocked my toddler down a few times; the walls were thin and there was a lot of stomping.
