The spot itself is great and the staff really went above and beyond. From the lobby to the breakfast area they were friendly and quick to help. I left feeling the place lived up to the hype.

The hotel looks really nice, but the room I got had a busted air‑conditioner and it took them a while to sort it out. On top of that the room smelled awful and the towels were dirty, which was disappointing. The location and décor were fine, just wish the housekeeping and maintenance were better.
