The staff’s welcome was warm, the second room (the first was chaotic) had a comfortable mattress and pillow, a powerful shower pressure, a pleasant pool even if it was cool, candies at the entrance, and a first‑floor lounge; however, the first room before the change had hair and fur in the bathtub and sinks, a bathroom door that had to be closed with a shoulder, an ultra‑hard or defective shower head, and room 505 should be avoided or restored.

“Overall, I Was Happy With My Stay”

The complimentary breakfast was out of this world! So, so good! I also thought the location of the hotel was ideal. The bed wasn't the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on and the television only had a couple of stations

“Very friendly staff, could be cleaner but did the job”

The staff were very friendly, and when we emailed to switch from a twin to a double room they listened and made it happen, which was great, but the room wasn’t clean and there were several other problems: a used dirty razor in the welcome pack, a dirty toilet seat on arrival, a leftover KitKat on the side (not sure if it was for us or leftover, but if it was for us there should have been two), the toilet seat lid kept collapsing on my back every time I used it, and there was only one towel for both of us; overall the room was just unclean and had the issues listed above. We managed to get by and could have complained, but we didn’t want the hassle, we were only there a few days and mainly slept, but the staff should know that other guests might not be as forgiving. A clean room is basic, and a toilet lid that attacks your back every time you sit is unacceptable. 🙈😂
