Le site est très beau, les chambres confortables. C'est un peu loin de tout. Il y a deux ou trois commerces dans le village, mais pas de "centre". La chambre n'était pas la plus propre, j'ai trouvé un q-tip par terre. Le restaurant n'est pas très bon. Nos plats étaient froids

The resort is outstanding, tucked into a picturesque village amid the mountains near the Chervak Reservoir. The staff are incredibly polite, friendly and courteous, speaking English and Russian fluently. They’re always ready to help, even arranging a taxi when I couldn’t get one through the app. The grounds are expansive, featuring a pool, garden, outdoor cinema, and a water access point with a viewing platform and beach. Many rooms offer stunning mountain views. Children can enjoy two playgrounds, as well as football and basketball courts. There are plenty of spots to relax, and the sauna/steam room was a particular highlight that we used daily. The bathroom in the room is large and comfortable, a rarity in European hotels. Breakfast is hearty, a Swedish buffet with a good variety of dishes, all tasty. The on‑site restaurant serves lunch and dinner; the menu is modest but the prices are reasonable, so you can relax without worrying about meals. We loved it so much that we even extended our stay. The only slight criticism is that the restaurant’s selection could be broader, but we were satisfied with what was offered.
