Quiet location with a nice view, well‑arranged pool, well‑maintained grounds, covered parking. The couch and bed were worn.

The place is perfectly located and peaceful.
“Perfect Tuscan location”
The three swimming pools were great, and there were plenty of sunbeds and deck chairs around them. Each apartment had its own outdoor seating, and we were lucky to have a covered terrace. Fans were essential at night, and mosquito screens on the windows were a relief given the August mosquitoes. Having a washing machine and drying rack was a bonus, though it would help to have some washing powder provided instead of buying a large bag at the store. The location is beautiful, surrounded by charming medieval towns that are best explored by car, and there are excellent restaurants nearby. We stayed for 5 days and needed more washing-up liquid and toilet paper—only three small sachets were supplied. Kitchen lightbulbs had burned out, making the area dim. Massimo apologized and quickly sent a technician to replace a broken plug socket and a faulty hairdryer. A few minor fixes were needed: a kitchen light, a dripping bathroom tap, and a broken shower screen.

We chose this spot for a quiet break and to hit the pools nearby. The apartment could fit four people: two bedrooms, one bathroom, a sitting area, and a kitchen/dining space. It was roomy but very plain, and only some windows had insect screens. The manager, who only speaks Italian, was unhelpful when the sink stopper was jammed; she shrugged and didn’t explain her plan. A mechanic eventually fixed the drain. There’s no air conditioning, so even in September it gets hot. The kitchen feels cramped, with just one power outlet and three small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, microwave) fighting for electricity. Not all windows have screens, so mosquitoes were a problem. The waste bins are plentiful but the instructions for the lids are confusing.
