I stayed in a room with breakfast included, and the breakfast buffet was the best part; the hotel itself is very old and needs a facelift, especially the rooms. The shower floor is the same as the bathroom floor, which is unhygienic because you step on it to shower. The air‑conditioning and heating didn’t work, and for the price of a room it feels expensive.

The salads were tasty, but there was no protective sheet on the mattresses, and the breakfast area was a complete mess with no staff present.

The staff were very helpful, but the hotel bar felt more like a local bistro than an upscale hotel bar. It was noisy, there were no outlets in the room, and I had to unplug the hair dryer to reach one. I asked for a room with a king-size bed, yet I received a room with two twin beds plus a third bed. At the hotel restaurant many dishes were unavailable.
