It wasn’t very crowded, but the elevator hall’s ceiling looked like it might collapse.

The outdoor hot spring was refreshing, and the meals offered a wide variety of dishes, all delicious. The room included charging cables for smartphones, which was convenient, and every staff member provided a pleasant service. Wi‑Fi was available. The bathwater could have been hotter, and the mirror in the large bath was so chlorinated it was invisible; shampoo bottles and parts of the floor had mildew, which was disappointing. Also, the LL size yukata was missing.

Every dinner, breakfast and midnight snack we tried were truly delicious, and the onsen left my skin feeling silky smooth; the atmosphere is never noisy or chaotic, allowing us to relax at our own pace, and having visited twice a year for years makes me feel like I’m really coming home. The only downsides are that some meal plans don’t include unlimited alcohol or juice, and the pickleball court costs extra and could use a bit more upkeep.

The room had a ceramic bath. No particular negatives.
