A family‑friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the owners truly good and friendly. Clean and comfortable room, nice pool and surrounding garden. Breakfast was excellent, especially the papal cake 🤩. Everything truly exceptional.

There was no air conditioning.
We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the stay: from the excellent breakfast to the room cleanliness, to the extraordinary kindness of Maria Elena, Gabriele, Luciano and the whole staff. The property is set in the tranquility and green of the olive groves. The pool is a real plus for maximum relaxation, to the point that you could easily spend the whole holiday by the pool. We also took advantage of it to explore the surroundings and visit the characteristic places of the area, such as Pitigliano, the thermal baths and the cave streets.
