The staff were all young, smiling and friendly, paying close attention to every detail during the stay and at the continental breakfast. The breakfast area was constantly restocked, and the room always had fresh coffee, tea with a kettle, cups, and water. I also appreciated the complimentary slippers, earplugs, and toothbrush set. The luggage storage and stroller drop‑off were available without extra charge on both arrival and departure days. The only drawback was that I didn’t know whether the family room had a bathtub or a shower. I travelled with my daughters and grandparents; the family room had a tub and the daughters were thrilled, while my parents’ room had a shower and was perfect. If the opposite had happened, my parents would have needed to switch rooms, so it would have been better to mention this at booking.

The place is in a good spot, the staff are helpful, rooms are clean, and the breakfast tastes good.

“Ottima posizione”

The spot is strategically close to the metro, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the building is very quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful, though the breakfast isn’t very varied, it’s still quite good.

“Celkově fajn pobyt.”

The staff are great, the place is clean and well‑located, and they even let us stay last minute. The breakfast was excellent. I would have liked a more accessible drawer by the bed.
