I really appreciated how much care and attention the hotel gives its guests, and they made my birthday stay even more special. ❤️ In the pool bar area, some staff could have been more attentive and available. Sometimes it felt like you had to ask to be served, and I noticed they were often on their phones during service, which seemed to show a lack of willingness to be there.

The view of the dam was great and the room was pleasant. However, the breakfast eggs were powdered, and you have to book access to the SPA but there’s no real control, especially for children’s timing. Ordering food at the main bar is a real adventure – you can wait 1h30 and still get nothing! The pool bar doesn’t stay open all day if it rained for 10 minutes in the morning. I asked for a late check‑out at 12:30 because the buffet only opened at 12:30, but the request was denied. The staff don’t seem well trained; depending on who you talk to, you get different answers to the same question.

Quartos grandes , colchão confortável, piscinas grandes , bom spa. Os funcionários do bar do lobby em 3 dias não ouve um dia que acertassem no pedido a primeira. Logo no primeiro dia ouve um problema qualquer que ficamos 2 horas à espera por umas tostas e ouve hóspedes a receberem a comida primeiro que nós sendo que chegaram 1 hora depois de nós . O bar do lobby tem muito a melhor em questão ao serviço . De resto são amigáveis e respeitosos. E não acho que seja totalmente a culpa deles. Acho que estavam pouco staff

I loved the pool bar staff, always smiling and very helpful, and the hydro‑gym instructors with their dynamic, energetic classes.
