I recently had a disappointing experience at a hotel, where the check-in time I booked and the actual check-in time didn't match. Although the hotel's amenities and staff were generally pleasant, this discrepancy caused me some inconvenience. The hotel's lobby and rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the confusion at check-in left a sour taste. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the initial issue made it less enjoyable than I had hoped.

I had booked a single-bed room but was upgraded to a free double-bed room, which I really appreciated. The room was large, clean, and well-equipped with air conditioning and hot water. The price was also very reasonable. However, I did experience some noise at night, which was a bit of a drawback.
