The breakfast was spectacular, though it has slipped a touch compared to previous years. The entrance and the exterior access area of the hotel need better cleaning.

Everything about this hotel is superb—from the staff, atmosphere, restaurant, ski rental quality and service, to the location with direct ski in/out, spa facilities especially the ice bath, and especially Antonio the resident DJ between both Meribel and El Lodge and his playlists. I’ll always return to Maribel each year. The only thing that’s a very hard question to answer.

The service felt tailor‑made, the décor was charming, the outdoor heated seawater pool was a highlight, and the breakfast offered great quality and variety; honestly, everything was a perfect 10.
