The location, cleanliness, good condition of the rooms, and the common dining area with some free extra service were all perfect. I arrived around 21:00 and nobody was there, but there was a phone to inform me about check‑in. Everything was fine. The only issue was that the fridge in the room didn’t work no matter how many times I tried to plug it in.

We arrived to find two rooms that smelled of cigarette smoke. The staff suggested a separate room for the four of us, but that night was a nightmare: the walls were plaster, the neighbors were snoring loudly, and it felt like we were in their room. We paid and cried, especially because my kids slept all night without rest. The hotel should have charged us for the inconvenience.

We stayed again, this was our second time. The fridge in our room never worked and they never fixed it, so we couldn't refrigerate anything during all three nights. The communal coffee maker was also broken. Other than that everything was perfect and the staff were very friendly.
