The location is fine. The owner’s attitude and handling were terrible. I had to extend my stay by one night due to flight changes, and when I asked for an extra night he quoted three times the usual rate because he needed it urgently. The shower water would shut off along with the toilet, the toilet itself was too small, and there was no proper door.

The spot is close to the train station, which is convenient. After a 16‑hour international flight I was exhausted and wanted a moment in the welcoming area, but the owner’s office was where I ended up. He shouted at me, told me to leave the building until my arrival time, and showed no regard for my fatigue or hospitality standards—classic old‑style Indian owner. The reception staff—a young guy and a lady—were okay and tried to help, but the owner’s rudeness makes this place unadvisable, and the room itself wasn’t up to par; I’ll attach pictures for reference.

The place was spotless and tidy, with very friendly staff who handed out a body care kit and a hair dryer.

The location was in the middle of the bustling district, which was very convenient. Even though I arrived late at night, the staff handled the check‑in very friendly. Nothing negative to mention.
