“Total waste of money and definitely not for the family stay”

My stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The room was basic and lacked even the most basic amenities, such as Wi-Fi. The staff were unresponsive and seemed more interested in sleeping on the veranda than attending to guests. The hotel's location was central, but the surrounding area was dirty and uninviting.
