“It was a good stay despite slight inconvenience.”

The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, with private bathrooms and air conditioning. They advertised a kitchen/cafeteria on their profile, but when we called later to ask about it it was not available for guests, which was inconvenient for a large group needing a place to eat. We knew we couldn’t cook there, but at least having a microwave and tables to eat food without always having to eat out or grab a quick meal in the rooms would have been useful.

“There was a lot of noise in the corridor I didn’t rest well”

There was no breakfast. They should install microwaves in the rooms and change towels and linen after at least two days.

The location was accurate and exactly where I wanted. I didn’t like the TV not being connected to the internet. The bed was not clean, with the sheets and duvet cover dirty.

“Definitely value for money.”

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, offering great service. However, it's a bit far from the bridge and the only lodging option available, so there's no kitchen.
