The place is clean and comfortable, the hosts are friendly, and breakfast is great; it’s ideally situated for the SWCP.

Scott and Lynn always give a lovely welcome; the rooms are exceptionally clean and very comfortable, and breakfast is served freshly cooked and piping hot. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and guests are well looked after. We always choose this place first when staying in Babbacombe.

Scott and Lynn were wonderful hosts, breakfast was delicious, and our order specifications were matched perfectly every time. The room was small, but things were laid out very efficiently so that we always had everything we needed, including extra bottles of water on a hot day. The location is great, just steps away from Babbacombe High Street, with easy access to the model village, coastline, etc. The room was a bit on the small side for a family of three and got a bit stuffy on hot days. Parking depended on street availability, though we never had to go too far away.
