An English‑speaking employee was available almost around the clock for tour planning—truly first‑class service, and so useful. Thanks a thousand to Wendy and Jasper for the great support! This makes the vacation in Zhangjiajie a success. The room is tastefully furnished (smart home) and spacious. The cable car is just a five‑minute walk away.

Convenient location near the cable car and buses to Mount Tanmen; the west railway station is about a 15‑minute taxi ride. The rooms match the photos and are truly equipped with the latest technology. Breakfasts are varied, though, like many Chinese hotels, the emphasis is on Chinese cuisine. Rooms are quiet, no neighbors audible, with a comfortable mattress and pillows. There isn’t really a problem. Reception staff barely speak English, so help with issues may be difficult. A tourist agency next to the hotel actively offers you tickets to national parks and attractions as soon as you book, emailing and texting in English while pretending to be hotel staff.

I was able to check in early, which made the start of my trip smooth, and the hotel sits right next to the Tianmen cable car, a great spot. The room was modern, laundry was free, and breakfast offered a solid selection; the staff were friendly, with Wendy even helping me book activities and plan my itinerary before I checked in, something I really appreciated. The only downside was that some breakfast items seemed a bit stale, possibly left out too long, but the hot made‑to‑order dishes like wontons and noodles were excellent.
