I was really impressed with the hotel's location, room, and staff - they were all top-notch. However, the window was a bit of a problem as it couldn't be opened, which was a bit frustrating.

The hotel's strategic location near Gor Manahan was perfect for a morning run and trying out all the local food options, from traditional cafes to modern restaurants. However, it was a bit of a letdown that they didn't provide shower caps in the bathroom.

The hotel's proximity to Stadion Manahan and the dispenser with hot and cold water on the floor were definite pluses, but our stay was marred by several issues. The water in the shower was only lukewarm, and the window was hard to open for some fresh air. The mirror in the room was dirty, and there were demonstrations going on right outside the hotel. The seating area in front of the lobby had dirty tables, and there was no gym on site.

The location of this hotel is its best feature, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. We didn't have any major complaints, but nothing particularly stood out about our stay either.

“Dining staff is the best! Management has to learn how to adjust”

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location, right across from Stadion Manahan, and the price was also very reasonable. The dining staff were super helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast crew did a great job. However, our room was a different story altogether. It wasn't cleaned properly, and we even found roaches in the room. The bathroom got all wet when we showered, and we had to buy our own towels because the ones provided were dirty.
