The spot is right where you want to be—close to everything and a pleasant walk away from the main attractions. The staff were genuinely friendly, always ready with a smile and quick help.

The heating worked and the water stayed warm, which was a relief after a cold day. Unfortunately, the room looked a lot older than the pictures and felt cheap for the price, plus we asked for a king‑size bed and got two singles with a huge gap. To make matters worse, the property is a long walk from the gondola.

The apartment was charming, with a nice vibe and a location that’s pretty close to the city centre, which made getting around easy. The only drawback was the bathroom layout—it could use a redesign to be more functional.
