We booked a quadruple room with four beds for six people, but they only gave us two beds and I complained. They then brought a blow‑up twin mattress. After a long journey, that was very disappointing. They didn’t provide what we booked, there weren’t enough beds, and they said it was a mistake that hadn’t been updated in the booking, even though it was clear I’d booked for six people. They should have said something.
